UPDATE- Met with corporate at beginning of December..its March 15th and they STILL haven't started. After having to take it to upper management. 8 months after closing on our lot, year and one month after starting process with them . Throwing away our money to a rental and interest on loan. Rental lease ends in 8 weeks, and construction deadline for our loan is in July. And they haven't even started the house yet. Started out great in Feb 2021, picked floorplan, and here it is Nov 2021 and they can't manage to send blueprints with correct changes to the engineer for MONTHS. We are MONTHS behind. Told them how important this was and how we are expecting a baby with 4 other kids already and they promised we'd be done spring 2022. WE Haven't EVEN BEEN ABLE TO FINALIZE BLUEPRINTS, at no fault of our own. Diligent lists are given and something is always left of. Pricing still hasn't been officially given. Multiple people have quit/fired over last few months. They never tell us either, just let us go weeks with unanswered emails/updates and then finally when I text private numbers they say, oh we don't work there anymore. Infuriating is the very nice way to put it. We have a baby due in 8 weeks and they haven't even gotten the #$&+@$$ blueprints done SINCE APRIL. Currently trying to work with corporate, on the issue. I wouldn't start with them again if you paid me. Almost a year talking to them about a build and in 3 months it'll be a year we signed a contract and NOTHING to show for it. Take your business elsewhere. We are so far behind even to move with another builder would be a year plus added

Great crew! They work very well together. They were very patient and helpful in getting us to our closing. We went through three lot selections and several design changes without any sign of wanting to show us the door. Special thanks to Jordan, Sheila, Becky, and Mike.
